Main Level

  • Great Room & Outdoor Living:
    French doors flood the space with natural light, opening to a large stone patio featuring two grills, a smoker, and a dining area under the stars. Inside, enjoy a cozy fireplace, a separate TV lounge, and space for everyone to unwind.

  • Chef's Kitchen:
    A culinary haven with a six-burner Bertazzoni stove, marble counters, and a farmhouse island perfect for group meals. Equipped to handle everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet feasts.

  • Dining Area:
    Gather around the expansive dining table, seating up to 18 guests, or savor meals outdoors surrounded by nature.

  • Bedrooms on the Main Floor:

    • Bedroom 1: King bed, trundle bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom

    • Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bathroom

    • Bedroom 3: King bed, twin bunk bed, ensuite bathroom, and private forest views

  • Additional Amenities:
    A laundry room with dual washer/dryer sets and a convenient half bath.

Second Level

  • Bedroom 4: King bed and daybed, ensuite bathroom with heated floors

  • Bedrooms 5 & 6:

    • Bedroom 5: Two twin beds

    • Bedroom 6: King bed
      These bedrooms share a bathroom with heated floors, dual vanities, and a shower.

Outdoor Amenities

  • Relax in the custom 8-person sauna or soak in the jacuzzi with stunning mountain views.

  • From June to August, enjoy the heated in-ground pool surrounded by a lush butterfly and hummingbird garden.

  • Challenge friends to a game of ping pong with the indoor/outdoor table.

Guest access

All areas of the first and second floors, and outdoors are available for use.

Access the house up a long driveway, offering plenty of privacy from the road. There is a large parking area which can accommodate up to 10 cars. Additional cars can be parked along the side of the driveway.

A Tesla charger is available for electric vehicles.

Other things to note

Please be mindful of our neighborhood and the natural acoustics of the property. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that there is no music or loud voices outside after 9:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and ask that all guests in your group are made aware of this important rule.

Heating & cooling:
- Central air conditioning downstairs (in the common area and bedroom)
- Each of the three upstairs bedrooms have a mini-split, heat pump for heating and cooling

Visitors can explore scenic roads, diverse wildlife, and countless recreational opportunities.

Great Barrington (5-minute drive) – Enjoy fine dining, weekend brunches, high-end shopping, and nightly entertainment. Popular dining options include The Old Mill, Cafe Adam, Aegean Breeze, Cantina 229, and more.
Skiing – Reach Catamount Ski Area in 10 minutes or Butternut Ski Area in 17 minutes.

Getting Around

**A vehicle is recommended for getting around. There is parking for up to 10 cars at the property and more parking at the side of the driveway.

House Rules

-No parties, partying, general rowdiness or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 8PM, smoking should be done individually to keep noise down.

-Please help keep a shoe-free home by leaving shoes by the entrance.

-No sublet and no packages may be sent to the home without host approval.

-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.

-No food left outside or in cars, as there are lots of bears around!

-Private septic system: nothing besides toilet paper in the toilet.

-We allow up to one dog. No cats are allowed in the home.
